Magda Berhe Johnson, project coordinator.

Magda has a Masters of Science in Poverty Reduction and Development Management from the University of Birmingham, UK, and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Ramapo College, USA. Her professional work experience consists of project management in Sweden, fieldwork in Eritrea and an internship with the Communication and Information Sector at the UNESCO headquarters in France. She was born in Eritrea and her research interests include poverty reduction, gender empowerment and rural development in developing countries. At Spider, Magda is currently working on the EC project iMentors, method development and quality assurance.
