Spider is a network organization, which offers a dynamic and flexible organizational structure for ICT4D brokering. As a resource center based at Stockholm University, Spider has immediate access to state-of-the-art ICT4D competencies. This central node is linked with partner universities in Sweden and abroad, thus forming a solid academic base. In addition, the Spider network consists of representatives from civil society, governments, and businesses from around the world. Spider also supports the formation of thematic and/or geographic networks of ICT4D projects and research.
