ICT Policy and Master Plan
SPIDER has assisted the Ministry of Environment in Cambodia to develop an ICT Master Plan since it completely lacked adequate instruments for optimal dissemination of information within the Ministry itself and its external clients. Two international consultants carried out the task during September-November 2008. The Ministry has approved and endorsed the Master Plan, which has a number of recommendations for implementation of ICT at the Ministry.
