Mr Magnus Lundsten has more than 10 years experience within ICT and his background is in e-governance, project management (IT-projects), political science and economics. He has been involved in developing e-government systems since 1996 in various roles.
Since 2003 he has been working with ICT4D in different capacities both at Sida and as a consultant. He has lived and worked in East Africa (mainly Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda) for 7 years.
